• Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
• Hourly Rate: £13.60
• Position Type: Permanent
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Location: Magnox, Oldbury Naite, Oldbury-on-Severn, Bristol, BS35 1RQ

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and staff development.
2. Maintain high service standards for routine and periodic cleaning.
3. Ensure staff follow task schedules and health & safety procedures.
4. Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage stock supplies.
5. Address issues professionally and efficiently, consulting line management as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, reliable, hardworking, and professional.
• Ability to work independently to a schedule.
