About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday - mornings (enhanced rate on a Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring client specifications and requirements are met, and resource levels are adhered to.
• Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
• Carry out weekly quality audits on a rota basis to ensure standards meet the required specifications.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with client representatives, promoting the company and services.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.

Ideal Candidate Criteria:

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organization, and troubleshooting.
