Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a cleaning team across various Mitie clients. Responsibilities include recruitment, staff development, and maintaining high service standards for routine and periodic cleaning tasks for a Mitie customer.

You will oversee the delivery of cleaning services, ensure staff adherence to task schedules and health & safety procedures, provide technical training, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage materials and stock orders, and handle issues professionally, consulting your line manager as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently to a schedule
