Cleaning Site Supervisor - Pencoed & Cynffig Comprehensive

Job description

22.5 hours per week

To ensure the smooth running of the cleaning service at both Pencoed & Cynffig Comprehensive Schools. You will split your time between the two sites, Pencoed (10 hours per week) and Cynffig (12.5 hours per week).

You will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff at each site, ensuring all cleaning is completed safely and to the highest standard. You will liaise with the schools' Site Supervisors to resolve issues promptly and escalate to the Area Supervisor if necessary.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.

Protecting children, young people, or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.

An Enhanced DBS check with Children's Barred List is required for this post.
