Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for our Ladbrokes Rosemount, Londonderry site. The role focuses on high-quality cleaning across offices, toilets and common areas, with strict adherence to clients’ specifications and health and safety guidelines.

The position offers flexible working pattern with early morning or night shifts (3 hours per week, 1 hour clean three times a week). A pro-rata holiday entitlement and pension are included as rewards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Current BICS Qualifications.
• Basic statutory training to understand safety and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of Cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with the clients’ specifications.
• Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers and areas site wide.
• Ensuring all stocks are replenished.
• Ensuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment/machines during hours of work and all the equipment is left clean and in good working order at the end of your shift, reporting any defects to your Line Manager.
• Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations.
• Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers to your Line Manager.
• All offices, toilets, and amenity areas to be presented clean and tidy.
• Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary.

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our team based at our Ladbrokes Rosemount, Londonderry/Derry site. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
