Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team on site. You will oversee all cleaning duties, monitor quality and drive service standards across floors, washrooms and communal areas.

The role requires rostering, training delivery, HR compliance and timely response to incidents, with a pattern of Monday to Friday 6am-12pm. You’ll join a values-driven organisation committed to development and equal opportunities.

Qualifications

Right to work in the UK.
Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field.
Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to meet deadlines and be flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities

Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment.
Identify training needs and conduct on-site training; keep records.
Investigate incidents such as accidents or disciplinary matters.
Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and place orders within budgets.
