Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Manager to join our cleaning team. You will oversee all cleaning and supervise staff, covering rotas, training, and site audits. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in cleaning, HR compliance knowledge, and strong customer service skills.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 6am-12pm, with flexibility for deadlines and on-site duties. OCS offers development through the OCS Academy, Wagestream wage access, and discounts via the Hapi app as part

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and assisting with cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruiting new employees.
• Identify training needs on-site, conduct training and keep records.
• Involvement with investigations such as accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products on-site, maintain stock levels and submit orders.
