Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead a dedicated cleaning team across floors, washrooms and communal areas within our facilities. You will supervise, train, and schedule staff while ensuring standards and budgets are met.

The role requires experience in cleaning management, rotas, training and HR basics, plus excellent customer service and the ability to meet deadlines. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience with staffing, rotas, training and HR basics.
• Strong customer service mindset and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other areas as needed.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruitment when required.
• Identify training needs and conduct on-site training with records.
• Support investigations into incidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and place orders within budget.
