Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Manager to lead a busy cleaning team across our sites in the UK. You will supervise all cleaning activities, manage staff rotas, training, and site audits while ensuring service quality and safety compliance.

The role requires previous cleaning-management experience, strong customer service and the ability to meet deadlines with flexible hours. Right to work in the UK is mandatory.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance is desirable.
• Excellent customer service, ability to meet deadlines, and flexibility in hours/days.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment.
• Identify training needs and conduct on-site training; maintain records.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock, and place orders within budget.
• Support investigations into accidents or disciplinary matters.
