Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time Cleaning Manager to lead the on-site cleaning team and oversee all cleaning duties. You will manage rotas, training, audits and recruitment while ensuring compliance and health and safety standards.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in cleaning, strong organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly across early shifts. This position offers progression within a large facilities management group and access to OCS Academy resources.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field is desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise; flexible with working hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruit new employees.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training; keep records.
• Investigate matters such as accidents or potential disciplinary issues.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and submit orders within budget.
