Job summary

OCS is recruiting a Cleaning Manager to join our cleaning team in the UK. You will oversee all cleaning activities and supervise the team, ensuring high standards across floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.

Key duties include staffing rotas, holiday requests, site audits, recruitment, and on-site training. You will handle investigations into incidents and manage stock, budgets and product usage. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience staffing, rotas, and training on-site.
• Ability to handle investigations and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, audits and recruitment as required.
• Identify training needs, conduct on-site training and record completion.
• Participate in investigations into accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, stock levels and place orders per site budgets.
