Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Manager to lead the on-site cleaning team and oversee all cleaning activities across our facilities. You will manage rotas, training, and audits while ensuring high standards and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate brings supervision experience in cleaning, strong customer service skills, and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. This role requires flexibility in hours and days and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervision in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise, flexible with working hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other ad hoc areas.
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruitment as required.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct/record training where possible.
• Investigate incidents such as accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and submit orders within site budgets.
