Job summary

OCS Group is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead a busy cleaning team, overseeing daily cleaning across floors and facilities. You will schedule staff, handle audits, recruit when needed and ensure on-site training is delivered and documented.

The role entails incident investigation and budget-aligned supply management. The ideal candidate has prior experience in cleaning management, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and flexible with hours/days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruit new employees as required.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training; maintain training records.
• Investigate incidents including accidents or potential disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and place orders within budgets.
