Job summary

OCS Group is seeking a Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across the site, ensuring high standards and health & safety compliance.

You will manage staff rotas, training, site audits and supplier relationships, while delivering excellent customer service and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar.
• Experience with rostering, training, and basic HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, washrooms and related zones.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, audits, and recruitment as needed.
• Identify training needs and deliver training on-site where possible.
• Assist with investigations into accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, stock levels and place orders within budget.
