Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate cleaning team. You’ll oversee all cleaning and related duties for staff you supervise, including floors, washrooms, and communal areas.

The role involves managing rotas, holidays, audits, recruiting, and coordinating training, with record-keeping of training. You’ll monitor products, stock and budget compliance on-site while supporting investigations when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience staffing, rostering, training, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other ad hoc areas.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruiting.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training; maintain training records.
• Investigate personal accidents or disciplinary matters as required.
• Monitor cleaning products, stock levels, and place orders within budget.
