OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead the on-site cleaning team and oversee all cleaning and related duties. You will manage rotas, training, audits and ensure compliance with on-site policies while driving service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field desirable.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible with deadlines and working hours/days.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other areas as needed.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training where possible, keeping records.
• Assist with investigations into incidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and submit on-site orders within budget.
