OCS Group is seeking a Hygiene Manager to lead a dedicated cleaning team. You will oversee cleaning operations across floors, washrooms and common areas, manage rotas, handle site audits and assist with recruitment.

The role requires experience in cleaning leadership, staff training, and HR basics, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Flexible hours and on-site attendance are expected.

Formación

• You must have right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field is desirable
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing and assisting with cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other ad hoc areas.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruit new employees as required.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct or arrange training with records.
• Participate in investigations such as personal accidents or potential disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products on-site, maintain stock levels and submit orders within site budgets.
