Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead a dedicated cleaning team across our sites. The role oversees all cleaning activities and supervises staff, ensuring quality and timeliness while maintaining safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has managerial or supervisory cleaning experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work to deadlines with flexible hours. This on-site role supports ongoing audits, training and stock management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or related field.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and HR basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment.
• Identify training needs and maintain on-site training records.
• Handle investigations related to accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor products, stock levels and submit budget-aligned orders.
