PROPERTY SUPPORT SERVICES UK LIMITED in Manchester is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across client sites, ensuring consistently high standards and client satisfaction. You will manage teams, schedules, budgets, and QA processes to optimise service quality and profitability.

• Proven experience leading cleaning/soft services operations.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule and optimise staffing and resources.
• Solid understanding of health & safety compliance in facilities management.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day delivery of cleaning services across client sites.
• Lead, train, motivate and support cleaning teams to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance checks against contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, staff rotas and workforce plans.
• Oversee attendance, payroll data accuracy and labour utilisation.
• Monitor budgets, labour spend and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Produce performance, payroll, attendance and financial reports for decisions.
• Act as primary client contact to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvements where needed.
• Ensure training and safety of staff in safe use of chemicals, equipment and PPE.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
