Job summary

Churchill Services is seeking a dynamic Regional Cleaning Manager to lead our Scotland and North division, overseeing cleaning operations across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen. You will drive service excellence, manage a team of operational managers and maintain strong client relationships to ensure contracts are met and exceeded.

Based in the UK, you will travel across the region, take ownership of performance, monitor KPIs, review P&L and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring high

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational or regional management role, ideally within Facilities Management or a related sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team of managers.
• Financial management experience including P&L, budgeting and cost control.
• Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Willingness to travel across the region; a full UK driving licence is essential.

We're seeking a dynamic Regional Cleaning Manager to join our Scotland and North division, overseeing cleaning operations across a portfolio of commercial contracts throughout Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead and support a team of operational managers to deliver exceptional cleaning services, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will take full ownership of operational performance across your region, driving service excellence, improving efficiencies and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure contractual commitments are consistently achieved and exceeded.

As Regional Cleaning Manager you'll be:

• Lead the operational delivery of cleaning services across all sites within your region.
• Attend monthly and quarterly meetings with senior client stakeholders.
• Monitor and review monthly KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of contractual standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess quality standards and support ongoing improvement.
• Oversee financial performance, including reviewing P&L statements and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely and effective responses to all client feedback and incidents, driving resolution within agreed timescales.
• Support, coach, and develop your management team to meet operational and performance targets.

As Regional Cleaning Manager you'll have:

• Proven experience in a senior operational or regional management role, ideally within Facilities Management or a related sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a team of managers.
• Confidence in financial management, including experience with P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• A solutions-focused mindset, capable of working independently and making informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels without compromising on accountability.
• Flexibility to travel across your region as needed - a full UK driving licence is essential.
