Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Cleaning Coordinator to perform routine cleaning duties across client and company buildings. You will engage in damp wiping, mopping, sweeping and waste disposal to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires adherence to safety procedures, the ability to follow established routines, and strong communication to coordinate with the supervisor and team. This is an on-site position based in Southampton.

Qualifications

• Fulfil the physical requirements associated with this role (standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas as designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.; damp wipe furniture.
• Clean glass partitions and mirrors.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely and complete a detailed cleaning checklist.
