Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Chester is seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team. You will deliver exceptional cleaning standards across the site, maintain a tidy environment, replenish supplies and report maintenance issues.

Working hours are 8:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. You will follow CBRE and client safety policies, work well in a team or alone, and contribute to a high‑quality client experience. COSHH knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience required.

• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional standards of cleaning around the site.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment while replenishing supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping & vacuuming floors.
• Cleaning of main office areas & break rooms.
• Follow safety policies and CBRE safety procedures at all times.
