Job summary

• Monitor cleaning services and performance against SLAs.
• Oversee contracted windows, hygiene, and pest-control services.
• Advise on cleaning processes, materials and equipment.
• Maintain positive team relationships across contracts.
• Conduct staff appraisals and performance reviews.
• Ensure availability of cleaning consumables and equipment.
• Report building or equipment defects promptly.
• Ensure risk and COSHH assessments are in place.
• Review health and safety arrangements and drive compliant practices.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks for staff.
