Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager to oversee client sites across Central and East London. The role requires a full driving licence and is 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday with some weekend flexibility. Start time from 04:00am, with overtime available.

Salary £32,500 per year, plus a company vehicle and mobile phone. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, delivering excellent customer care, conducting monthly audits, updating attendance

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning operations and supervisory/management roles.
• Strong communication and client liaison skills.
• Reliable, energetic and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to deliver excellent customer care.
• Obtain monthly quality audits as scheduled.
• Update the time and attendance system daily.
• Recruit staff when required and manage onboarding paperwork.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate with line manager and other departments as needed.
• Provide daily reports to the Senior Account Manager.
