Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking an experienced Cleaning Account Manager for varied sites across London. The role runs 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri with some weekend flexibility, starting at 04:00. A full driving licence and company vehicle are provided, with a £32,500 annual salary.

London Central and East locations require supervisory experience and strong client liaison skills. Pension and earned-wage access are among the benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and deliver excellent customer care.
• Meet with clients and obtain monthly quality audits.
• Update the time and attendance system daily.
• Recruit staff when required using the onboarding system.
• Ensure all Health and Safety policies are adhered to.
• Liaise with the Line Manager and other departments as required.
• Provide daily updates to the Senior Account Manager.

• Cleaning Account Manager

• Full Driving Licence is Essential

• 5 days per week - Monday to Friday (with some weekend flexibility)

• 40 hours per week (available to work with flexible working hours is essential) over time available

• Start time - 04.00am, or to suit the needs of the business.

• Annual Salary - £32,500

• Type of cleaning - Varied Locations, potential deep cleans, buffing and carpet cleans/general cleaning

Location:

Experience:

• Cleaning operative, minimum 6 months (desirable)

• Supervisory/Management experience, minimum 6 months (essential)

To liaise with our clients, always delivering excellent customer care. Communicating all issues relating to the site promptly & effectively, to the client, whilst working towards resolving these as quickly and professionally as possible.

To meet with clients & obtain Monthly quality audits, in line with the agreed frequencies.

Ensure our time and attendance system is updated daily.

Recruiting Staff when required, ensuring all paperwork is in place using our onboarding system.

Ensure all Health and Safety policies are adhered to

Liaise with Line Manager, other Account Managers and Departments as and when required.

Provide a daily report/update to your Senior Account Manager.
