Job summary

Churchill Services in Colchester is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee 14 sites across Colchester, Harwich and Ipswich. You will lead and support a team of cleaning operatives, driving performance, client relationships, and service quality with a focus on growth and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting knowledge, and a flexible approach to meet diverse client needs. A driving license and willingness to travel to multiple sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with the capacity to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• A working knowledge of Health and Safety systems within the cleaning industry, ensuring safety for all individuals involved.
• Previous experience working with commercial clients would be highly desirable, along with a flexible approach to meeting diverse client needs.
• A full driving license and the ability to travel to various sites as required.

£33,500 per annum plus company car

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our thriving East Anglia Division, overseeing 14 sites across a diverse portfolio of primary schools, secondary schools, and office locations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, with the chance to develop existing client relationships and contribute to continued growth and success.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will lead and support a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high operational standards across all sites. No two days are the same, and your leadership, organisational, and people management skills will play a key role in driving performance, building strong customer relationships, and creating a positive working environment for your team.

As an Account Manager, you will be:
