Job summary

Servicemaster Clean in Pontardawe is seeking part-time cleaners to join our team, with Monday to Friday 4-6pm shifts. No prior cleaning experience required, full training provided, and enthusiasm matters.

You will perform basic cleaning duties in a commercial setting, maintain cleaning equipment, manage stock cupboards, and assist with waste transport under the supervision of your Area Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic cleaning in and around the allocated commercial area.
• Damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and sanitize hard surfaces.
• Set up and manage the stock cupboard, including ordering stock as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment to a high standard.
• Transport waste to assigned areas.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Area Supervisor.

Job Purpose

To carry out the cleaning duties assigned to you by your Area Supervisor to a high standard and ensure the building is left in a clean and orderly condition

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the commercial building or area you are allocated
• 2. General commercial cleaning duties include damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing hard surfaces
• 3. Setting up the stock cupboard, including ordering stock
• 4. Maintaining cleaning equipment to a high standard
• 5. Transporting waste to the assigned areas
• 6. Perform additional duties as and when required by your Area Supervisor
