Job summary

Servicemaster Clean Swansea and South Wales Ltd is recruiting part-time cleaners for Baglan Energy Park. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 6-9am, reporting to the Area Supervisor. We welcome applicants with cleaning experience, but full training is provided for those willing to learn.

Join a motivated team dedicated to keeping the site spotless and safe. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided to ensure high cleaning standards are met.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and reliable individual for part-time cleaning.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 6-9am at Baglan Energy Park.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the designated area.
• General cleaning tasks: damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising surfaces.
• Set up stock cupboard and manage stock ordering when needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment to a high standard.
• Transport waste to designated areas and dispose of it safely.
• Perform additional duties as requested by Area Supervisor.
• Ensure building is secure after completing the cleaning.

Job Purpose

To carry out the cleaning duties assigned to you by your Area Supervisor to a high standard and ensure the building is left in a clean and orderly condition

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the commercial building or area you are allocated
• 2. General commercial cleaning duties include damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing hard surfaces
• 3. Setting up the stock cupboard, including ordering stock
• 4. Maintaining cleaning equipment to a high standard
• 5. Transporting waste to the assigned areas
• 6. Perform additional duties as and when required by your Area Supervisor
• 7. Securing a building following the completion of the clean
