Job summary

Servicemaster Clean is hiring part-time cleaners in the Cardiff CF3 area. Shifts run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 13:00, reporting to the Area Supervisor. We welcome enthusiastic applicants and can provide full training if needed.

No prior cleaning experience is required beyond a willingness to learn, with a supportive team ready to train you to a high standard. Role involves carrying out general cleaning duties in a commercial setting, maintaining equipment, and keeping the building

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic cleaning in and around the assigned area.
• Dampen mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and sanitize hard surfaces.
• Set up stock cupboards and assist with stock ordering.
• Maintain cleaning equipment to a high standard.
• Transport waste to designated areas.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Area Supervisor.

We would love for you to come on board with cleaning experience, but if not, please do not worry! Full training can be provided for any candidate who has a willingness to learn.

Job Purpose

To carry out the cleaning duties assigned to you by your Area Supervisor to a high standard and ensure the building is left in a clean and orderly condition

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the commercial building or area you are allocated
• 2. General commercial cleaning duties include damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing hard surfaces
• 3. Setting up the stock cupboard, including ordering stock
• 4. Maintaining cleaning equipment to a high standard
• 5. Transporting waste to the assigned areas
• 6. Perform additional duties as and when required by your Area Supervisor
