Job summary

Servicemaster Clean Swansea and South Wales Ltd is seeking part-time cleaners in the Llandarcy area to maintain high cleaning standards.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:30-10:30pm, with full training provided for new applicants. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, you will carry out general cleaning duties and ensure the premises are clean and orderly. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning preferred but training provided.
• Reliable and punctual with a good attitude.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for basic cleaning in the assigned commercial area.
• Damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising surfaces.
• Set up and restock the stock cupboard for cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report faults to supervisor.
• Transport waste to designated areas and dispose properly.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Area Supervisor.
• Secure the premises after completing the clean.

Job Purpose

To carry out the cleaning duties assigned to you by your Area Supervisor to a high standard and ensure the building is left in a clean and orderly condition

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the commercial building or area you are allocated
• 2. General commercial cleaning duties include damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing hard surfaces
• 3. Setting up the stock cupboard, including ordering stock
• 4. Maintaining cleaning equipment to a high standard
• 5. Transporting waste to the assigned areas
• 6. Perform additional duties as and when required by your Area Supervisor
• 7. Securing a building following the completion of the clean
