Job summary

Amey is seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Housekeeper for a fixed-term 6-month contract at Lochend Secondary School, Glasgow. The role offers 15 hours per week, with shifts 15:30 to 18:30, on-site at the school.

The hourly rate is £13.51, reflecting a part-time package within a school facilities environment. You will be responsible for delivering cleaning services to contractual standards, managing consumables, and ensuring health and safety across the contract, contributing to a safe and welcoming

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a fixed term 6 months Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our Glasgow Schools account in Lochend Secondary School, Cairnbrook Rd, Glasgow G34 0NZ

£13.51 per hour

15 Hours per week (Shift pattern Mon to Fri 15:30PM TO 18:30PM)

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

What you will do:

• Provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements.
• Control stock levels and order consumables
• Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
• Ensure a high-quality service is provided to the building users at all times ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
• This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
