Amey is hiring a Cleaner/Housekeeper in Bradford for the Bradford Schools Account. The role is 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–7:00pm, at Carlton Keighley, Utley, Keighley, West Yorkshire. The salary is £13.45 per hour.

You will provide a cleaning service, manage stock and consumables, operate machinery safely, and uphold high standards for building users while supporting carbon reduction initiatives. DBS checks are required.

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaner to Join our Bradford Schools Account at Carlton Keighley, Green Head Road, Utley, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD20 6EB

The salary is £13.45 per hour

The hours of work will be 17.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday - 3:30pm - 7:00pm

Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Bradford Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 10 schools (7 secondary and 3 Special Educational Needs).

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

What You Will Do

• Providing a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements

• Ensuring a high-quality service is provided to the building users at all times


• This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.


• Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract
