Job summary

Amey is seeking a Cleaner to join the Bradford Schools Account in Keighley, West Yorkshire. This part-time role offers a salary of £13.45 per hour, working 17.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 7:00pm.

You will provide cleaning services across the contract, monitor stock, operate machinery safely, and uphold high-quality standards for building users. The position supports carbon reduction initiatives within the programme.

The salary is £13.45 per hour

The hours of work will be 17.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday - 3:30pm - 7:00pm

Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Bradford Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 10 schools (7 secondary and 3 Special Educational Needs).

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

What you will do:

• Providing a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements
• Controlling stock levels and ordering consumables Operating machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
• Ensuring a high-quality service is provided to the building users at all times
• This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
• Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract
