Job summary

Amey is seeking a Permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our Borders school account at Eyemouth High School, Gunsgreenhill, Eyemouth TD14 5LZ. The role is 20 hours per week with a shift pattern Mon-Thu 3:30pm-7:30pm and Fri 1:30pm-5:30pm.

You will provide a cleaning service to meet contractual requirements, manage stock and consumables, operate machinery safely, uphold H&S standards, and support zero carbon initiatives where appropriate.

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our Borders school account in Eyemouth High school, Gunsgreenhill, Eyemouth TD14 5LZ

£13.51 per hour

20 Hours per week (Shift pattern Monday-Thursday 3.30pm-7.30pm, Friday- 1.30pm-5.30pm.)

What You Will Do

• Provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements.
• Control stock levels and order consumables
• Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
• Ensure a high-quality service is provided to the building users at all times ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
• This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.
