Job summary

Skycare in Darenth, Dartford is seeking a hands-on Head Housekeeper to lead the care home's housekeeping team and uphold top standards of cleanliness and safety. The role is full-time, on-site, and offers a supportive environment with opportunities for development.

You will manage rotas, conduct audits, monitor supplies, train staff, and ensure adherence to infection control and health & safety regulations to create a welcoming living space for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping within care homes, healthcare, hotel or hospitality (minimum 1 year).
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship required.

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Head Housekeeper to join our friendly care home team in Darenth, Dartford. What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding standards of cleanliness
