Sodexo Ltd is recruiting a Site-Based Cleaning Operative for the Rochdale probation unit at 20 Chichester St, Rochdale OL16 2AU. You will maintain high cleanliness standards across the site, supporting the health and welfare of residents and staff.

The role involves routine cleaning tasks, periodic deep cleaning as directed, stocking supplies, and coordinating with security to ensure safety while upholding professional standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
• Deep clean areas as directed by supervisor.
• Clean kitchens, toilets and communal areas to a high standard.
• Replenish stock and consumables like toilet tissue and soap.
• Work with security team to report faults or hazards and maintain cleanliness of adjacent areas.
• Maintain a helpful, approachable manner when interacting with residents and staff.

We are seeking a dedicated Site-Based Cleaning Operative to join our team at

Rochdale probation Unit 20 Chichester St, Rochdale OL16 2AU

In this role, you'll play akey part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across thesite. Your efforts will directly contribute to the health, hygiene, andcomfort of the residents and staff at each site.

ApprovedPremises play a key role in supporting individuals released from prison,offering enhanced supervision and rehabilitation within thecommunity.This role will give you insight into working in a residentialsetting with vulnerable and complex individuals, providing meaningful work thatsupports positive change.

What you'll do:

• Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks
• Periodic deep cleaning of certain areas, instructed by supervisor
• Ensure all areas, including kitchens, toilets, communal areas are cleaned and are presentable
• Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand soaps
• You'll work closely with the security team, reporting any faults or hazards..whilst also helping maintain the cleanliness of theirareas too!
• This role requires you to have an approachableattitude

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, but not essential- our great training will ensure you are fully trained in all areas of health and safety!

• Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
• Be a team player and take instruction
