Sodexo Ltd. is seeking a Site-Based Evening Cleaning Operative for Lancaster House, Judges Lodge, Vine Street, Salford, M7 3PG. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across the site, supporting residents and staff and ensuring a safe, tidy environment.

This role is 11 hours per week with car parking and access to Sodexo rewards hub and benefits; age 18+ with valid ID. Training on health and safety provided to all new cleaners.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar role; cleaning solutions knowledge is desirable but training provided.

Mansioni

• Focus on details and complete scheduled cleaning tasks.
• Periodic deep cleaning as instructed by the supervisor.
• Clean kitchens, toilets and communal areas; ensure presentable.
• Replenish stock and consumables like toilet tissue and hand soap.
• Liaise with security team to report faults and hazards and keep their areas clean.
• Maintain an approachable attitude.

Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Site-Based Evening Cleaning Operative to join our team at Lancaster House, Judges Lodge, Vine Street, Salford, M7 3PG. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site. Your efforts will directly contribute to the health, hygiene, and comfort of the residents and staff at each site.

Approved Premises play a key role in supporting individuals released from prison, offering enhanced supervision and rehabilitation within the community. This role will give you insight into working in a residential setting with vulnerable and complex individuals, providing meaningful work that supports positive change.

What you’ll do:

• Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks
• Periodic deep cleaning of certain areas, as instructed by the supervisor
• Ensure all areas, including kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, are cleaned and are presentable
• Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand soaps
• You’ll work closely with the security team, reporting any faults or hazards..whilst also helping maintain the cleanliness of theirareas too!
• This role requires you to have an approachable attitude

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, but not essential- our great training will ensure you are fully trained in all areas of health and safety!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
• Be a team player and take instructions
