Sodexo is hiring a Site-Based Cleaning Operative for Wordsworth House AP - LN1 3JH in Lincoln. The role is 6 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays, 7am-10am or 8am-11am, at £12.71 per hour. You will support high standards of cleanliness across the site to benefit residents and staff.

The position involves deep cleaning tasks, stock replenishment, and coordination with the security team. An approachable, reliable team player with good communication will fit well, and Sodexo rewards and benefits

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are important
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Responsabilidades

• Carry out a scheduled list of cleaning tasks with attention to detail
• Perform periodic deep cleaning as instructed by supervisor
• Ensure all areas including kitchens, toilets and communal spaces are clean and presentable
• Replenish stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand soap
• Collaborate with security team and maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas
• Maintain an approachable attitude while carrying out duties

Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Site-Based Cleaning Operative to join our team at Wordsworth House AP - LN1 3JH

In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site. Your efforts will directly contribute to the health, hygiene, and comfort of the residents and staff at each site.

Approved Premises play a key role in supporting individuals released from prison, offering enhanced supervision and rehabilitation within the community.This role will give you insight into working in a residential setting with vulnerable and complex individuals, providing meaningful work that supports positive change.

What you'll do:

• Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks
• Periodic deep cleaning of certain areas, instructed by supervisor
• Ensure all areas, including kitchens, toilets, communal areas are cleaned and are presentable
• Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand soaps
• You'll work closely with the security team, reporting any faults or hazards..whilst also helping maintain the cleanliness of theirareas too!
• This role requires you to have an approachableattitude

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, but not essential- our great training will ensure you are fully trained in all areas of health and safety!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
• Be a team player and take instruction
