Lancashire County Council is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join Morecambe Bay Community Primary School. The role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:00–18:00, term-time only with pro-rata pay.
Based at Morecambe Bay Community Primary School, you will perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, waste management and maintaining washrooms. DBS check will be required and safeguarding is a priority.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Cleaner to join our busy school. The post is permanent subject to completion of a satisfactory probation period.
The post is 15 hours per week Monday to Friday working 15:00 to 18:00 each day.
General duties include: dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning washroom facilities etc. The job does include some lifting and a moderate level of physical activity.
The successful candidate must be able to use their own initiative and be able to respond proactively within their role.
