Job summary

Serco Limited is recruiting on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT) to employ a Cleaner at The Rebecca Adlington Centre in Mansfield. This part-time role (16 hours per week) offers an hourly rate of £8 to £12.71 plus benefits and the chance to help maintain a welcoming, safe leisure environment for staff and visitors.

You'll follow COSHH and health and safety procedures, work as part of a team, and report maintenance issues. Prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning role or the ability to demonstrate the skills required to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleaning throughout the building at all times.
• Carry out cleaning duties safely, following all health and safety procedures and COSHH requirements.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete all required checklists accurately.
• Report any cleaning issues, maintenance concerns, or areas requiring attention to the appropriate manager.
• Monitor cleaning stock levels and notify the line manager when replenishment is needed.
• Inspect, use, clean, and store cleaning equipment safely, while contributing to good housekeeping and sustainability practices.

• Inspect, use, clean, and store cleaning equipment safely, while contributing to good housekeeping and sustainability practices
