Job summary

Moulsham High School, part of Bridge Academy Trust, is seeking a motivated candidate for a part-time cleaning role. The post covers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 15:30–19:30, during term time plus 20 additional days. You will join the cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the school.

Full training is provided, and DBS clearance is required if successful. The school emphasises safeguarding and a supportive work environment within a large trust network.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or similar roles is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cleaning and management team to carry out cleaning tasks to the school’s standards.
• Perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the school.
• Follow health and safety rules for safe working and chemical handling.

The role will include all types of cleaning, and you will be required to undertake a variety of duties to ensure the essential cleanliness and hygiene of the school. Applicants will need to comply with health and safety rules for safe working and chemical handling. Experience in this field would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
