Job summary

St Raphael the Archangel CMAT are seeking a Cleaner to join our school community. The role is based at St Peter's Catholic First School and is part-time, 10 hours per week, term time plus 10 days (40 weeks per year).

The successful candidate will support the Catholic ethos, work well in a team, and demonstrate energy, a positive attitude and commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

• Be committed to safeguarding and the welfare of pupils.
• Be able to operate cleaning equipment and read labels.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team delivering cleaning and maintenance to the school environment.
• Ensure cleaning standards are met in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning materials safely.
• Follow procedures and read labels to ensure correct usage.
