Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to guide UK enterprise customers to deploy Claude across their operations, products, and workflows. You will become the Claude Platform specialist and trusted advisor for engineering teams, executives, and CIO/ CTO sponsors.

You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to drive technical evaluation, proof of value, and procurement, ensuring secure and scalable implementation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder.
• Pre-sales or technical advisory experience with large enterprises (UK ideal).
• Experience selling value and presenting business cases to C-level/VPs.
• Production experience with LLM-powered apps, prompting, agent design, and deployment at scale.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement with UK enterprise customers from first conversation through procurement.
• Be the customer's Claude Platform expert during deployment.
• Define target architecture and guide delivery teams.
• Demonstrate business value to CIO/CTO and executives.
• Feed enterprise insights to Product/Engineering and collaborate with wider Applied AI teams.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK.
