Job summary

Anthropic is hiring an Applied AI team member to act as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprises. You will architect innovative LLM solutions, help customers understand Claude capabilities, and design scalable deployment architectures.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers from discovery through deployment, develop evals, and ensure safe, reliable integration of Claude into existing tech stacks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native or C1 German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers from discovery to deployment of Claude.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Guide architectural decisions and integrate Claude into existing stacks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for use cases.
• Identify common integration patterns and contribute insights to Product/Engineering.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and deep dives.
