Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United Kingdom seeks a Claude Strategy, Change & Adoption Consultant to shape the adoption of Anthropic's Claude in the workplace and drive AI-enabled transformation. You will pair technology strategy with the change, communications and adoption craft needed to land Claude in the enterprise and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Strategy and Vision: Develop AI workforce transformation strategies, advising senior stakeholders on Claude’s capabilities, adoption strategy across workforce groups and business functions, business change requirements, and opportunities to create value through AI-enabled ways of working.
• Ways of Working Reinvention: Lead work redesign initiatives that use AI to enhance productivity, employee experience and organisational outcomes through future-state practices, AI-enabled workflows and effective human-AI collaboration.
• Change and Adoption: Drive organisational change and adoption projects from pilot-to-scale that enable successful Claude deployment through communications, training, engagement, leadership alignment and persona-led adoption plans.
• Training and Facilitation: Design and deliver enablement sessions, from Claude Chat to hands-on labs on Cowork projects, skills and connectors, and Claude Code for technical teams.

Responsibilities
