Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Claude Strategy, Change & Adoption Consultant to shape AI-driven workforce transformation. You will set adoption strategies, design campaigns, and track value as Claude expands in enterprises.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience with 4+ years in enterprise AI/workforce transformation.
• Ability to design and deliver change, communications and adoption at scale.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder management across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Setting Claude adoption strategy across Claude Chat, Cowork and Claude Code.
• Designing user-centric change campaigns at scale to drive adoption.
• Defining value KPIs and tracking benefits from pilots to enterprise scale.
• Leading engagements and coaching teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Developing Claude propositions and client relationships for growth.
