Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Claude Strategy & Governance Consultant to guide enterprises on deploying Anthropic’s Claude in the workplace. You’ll define governance, cost controls and operating models to scale safely and effectively.

You will translate a fast-moving Claude roadmap into senior leadership decisions, drive client value, and coach teams toward high performance in a collaborative, hybrid-work environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Professional degree (Bachelor’s level or above).
• Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI solutions, Claude in particular.
• UK government security clearance (BPSS or SC) preferred, given our Public Sector work.
• Currently working in a consulting firm, with at least 4 years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Help clients set strategic direction for Anthropic’s Claude in the workplace and define governance and cost control.
• Define licence-to-operate models and governance to enable safe, scalable Claude adoption.
• Build the consumption model, token allowances, and benefits tracking to manage spend.
• Lead engagements and coach teams to high performance and a positive culture.
• Support responses to bids and shape new deals with Capgemini Invent clients.
