You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist teachers, and help develop pupil reading, writing and numeracy skills across EYFS to KS2. This role emphasizes inclusion, safeguarding and collaborative team work.

Engage Education is recruiting a staff member to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship based in one of our SEN Schools.

This is a dedicated 11-month apprenticeship programme, providing the opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting pupils across the primary age range while working towards a recognised Level 3 Classroom Support/Teaching Assistant qualification.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual who is fully committed to signing the learning agreement and completing the full 11-month programme.
