Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Wakefield and surrounding secondary schools. You'll work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons, support individuals and groups, and help create an inclusive classroom where every pupil can progress.

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools across Wakefield. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, or someone with experience supporting children or young people, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils' learning, build confidence, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons
