Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a specialist automotive business in Kenilworth. You’ll handle servicing, restoration, parts and vehicle sales enquiries across a prestigious classic vehicle environment.

The role offers Monday to Friday hours with no weekends, exposure to rare vehicles, and a varied mix of customer service, workshop liaison, vehicle logistics and administration.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, service advisor or automotive administration experience.
• Good mechanical knowledge of vehicles and parts.
• Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident liaising with customers, suppliers and workshop teams.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• An interest in classic, specialist or prestige vehicles would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries regarding servicing, restoration, parts and vehicle sales
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
• Supporting both workshops with customer liaison and communication
• Organising the collection and delivery of customer vehicles using the company transporter
• Liaising with suppliers and chasing parts and external services
• Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day administration
• Handling routine Health & Safety and British Standards administration
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information
• Delivering a professional and knowledgeable service throughout the customer journey
